1. Return and Refund Policy

  • Sealed Product Leaking: The product is sealed but leaking upon arrival.
  • Other Reasons: You may describe the issue in the 'Others' section of the return request form. Approval will be at the discretion of our quality team.

Non-Returnable Products:

• Products cannot be returned if the box has been opened or if the product has been used.

Refund Process:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
