1. Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only if initiated within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason.
- Valid reasons include:
- Damaged Package: The entire package was damaged during transit.
- Sealed Product Leaking: The product is sealed but leaking upon arrival.
- Other Reasons: You may describe the issue in the 'Others' section of the return request form. Approval will be at the discretion of our quality team.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Products cannot be returned if the box has been opened or if the product has been used.
Refund Process:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
